only 16 more days until we leave for China. I have such mixed emotions about leaving.
I'm excited about seeing Kaia. But I hate leaving Makena. I know that I will ball my
eyes out on the day we leave. I'm going to try and not let Makena see me cry. Right
now we are writing Makena's letters for her to open every night and alittle present
to open everyday. So I hope that comforts her. I'm not trying to buy her Love but
I want her to feel secure and safe in our family. Hopefully, we can call her every
couple of days. I know that she will be in good hands with Grandma. The good
thing is. Makena and Grandma will be at our house most of time. We'll I better
close for now.
